之前試過灣仔嗰間嘅燒鵝,今次來銅鑼灣另一個鏞記後人開的食肆。燒鵝皮少少脆,肉質淋,夠入味。個人覺得灣仔嗰間味道淡啲但肉質較嫩。不過不失,雲吞無特別,湯唔係雞湯,淡而無味,意想不到就係嗰半隻雞,啲肉好滑,連雞胸都唔鞋好失望,從未食過咁差嘅豬耳,硬到咬唔開,鹵水汁得個鹹字。本來想換其他食物,但餐牌選擇唔多,又唔吸引,結果將豬耳打包返屋企再煮當晚只得我哋一枱叫燒鵝和小菜,其他人都係食茶餐廳款式嘅晚餐或碟頭飯。我諗我哋應該食碟頭飯就算吧!
