最近天寒地凍就最適合食火鍋嘅時候,所以時不時都做定功課,睇吓有冇較為有特色火鍋,遇到有機會就會去品嚐一下,至於今次就梗係趁住呢期持續寒冷天氣,去我想去嘅火鍋店暖一暖胃順便品嚐美味食材,火鍋店位於佐敦文昌街,咪睇少呢度雖然只得幾條街,但已經有好多不同食肆係呢度經營就知美食夠晒集中包括今次呢間火鍋一睇門口就知道今次主題係鴨,不過大家未食過未必知道味道如何,但如果食過你就會明白佢嘅吸引之處,至於鍋底好自然點咗招牌菜金撈富貴老鴨湯,材料有蟲草花,素翅,杞子等藥材同埋主角鴨,聽店員講先品嚐咗老鴨湯再先至享用火鍋,等湯滾起再由店員分給大家品嚐,入口飲到湯嘅鮮甜再加藥材出來味道飲落零舍滋潤,當然唔小得食埋鴨肉又估唔到肉質仲咁滑嫩,記得要趁熱飲咁先最好味飲完靚湯就到火鍋,不過都要食D招牌小食食住先有糖心黃金皮蛋,皮蛋配上三文魚子同酸薑,入口皮蛋香濃加上魚子更加提升口感,酸薑又夠開胃再來係招牌本地手切牛頸脊,肉質呈現鮮紅色就知肉幾新鮮,而油脂分泌夠濃密,先放一片落湯燙一燙見牛頸脊肉收縮就可以品嚐,食到牛肉嫩滑之餘肉味又夠香濃,真係越食越滋味除咗牛係必食之外,手打四寶丸都另一推介,食到手打丸全部係真材實料

除咗牛係必食之外,手打四寶丸都另一推介,食到手打丸全部係真材實料製作,食落彈牙口感十足,另一款係炸魚皮,炸得金黃入口香脆
繼而火鍋配料慢慢品嚐一番之餘,食得飽滿又滿足到食慾,再來飲番杯石斛竹蔗茅根水就最完美,話咁快又品嚐一餐滋潤靚湯配靚料火鍋
