當雞蛋仔都可以索價二十,$32嘅燉蛋crepe比起嚟又唔算太貴嘅。太安樓相信都唔洗多介紹,但網上嘅宣傳多數都誇張咗,見熱潮過咗舖頭未執笠,就可以試試喇👻即叫即製,但可能手腳唔快加天氣凍,crepe 上手都唔多暖。諗住天氣凍先叫燉蛋唔叫抹茶奶凍,點知燉蛋都唔係熱嘅。蛋味唔錯,不過好奇怪咁分上下兩層,上層奶白比較重忌廉味,似panna cotta, 下層似蛋塔餡,應該係放太耐先燉,沉澱咗。焦糖太厚有啲苦。整體味道唔錯,但溫度令我有少少失望。中層係whipping cream加瑪莉餅碎,木糠布甸咁,幾正。日本一味加cream, 呢度較有層次稍勝一籌。可以自選雪糕,味道選擇多。薄荷曲奇冰涼清新,但oreo味唔出。餅皮比較厚,唔係日本嗰種黃色皮,呢隻蛋味重啲同飽肚,但冇咁黏韌,各有千秋。雖然冇網上講到咁冰火交融,但可以喺附近食到crepe都仲係好開心~

諗住天氣凍先叫燉蛋唔叫抹茶奶凍,點知燉蛋都唔係熱嘅。蛋味唔錯,不過好奇怪咁分上下兩層,上層奶白比較重忌廉味,似panna cotta, 下層似蛋塔餡,應該係放太耐先燉,沉澱咗。焦糖太厚有啲苦。整體味道唔錯,但溫度令我有少少失望。
