To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

JW buffet 一向都正諗住佢出品實冇錯點知呢間餐廳真係不值一提試咗一次就會Blacklist 同朋友去慶祝揀咗幾個set dinner 牛扒不論係西冷定係肉眼都係肉質唔好食好un 我唔expect呢個價錢俾啲咁嘅肉質囉仲要係成班朋友都一致覺得唔好食希望餐廳真係會改善一下話晒都係JW酒店入邊彼得呢個價錢都會想個質素係成正比囉如果唔係不如去普通餐廳食？唯一好少少嘅係iberico pork 呢度嘅前菜係好食過主食公道啲講 龍蝦湯係好飲嘅
