To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

叫咗一個咖哩牛肉飯，一個鐵黑椒牛柳，一個森美汁牛柳，一個焗田螺。上一次食係以前附近返工食晏，10年後返嚟再試，啲嘢食退步曬。嘢食真係唔抵食，牛柳啲肉係霉嘅，好似食緊疆屍肉咁。地方又立立亂，好多雜物，報紙又亂放，貨又亂放，坐都坐得唔舒服。服務一般，唔會主動問你啲食物點樣，個侍應收碟嗰時，見兩份餐仲有兩大舊牛柳喺度覺得好疑惑但係又唔問點解，主動性欠奉，10年後再試，真心失望，以後唔會再嚟。
