To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 朋友話t town近開左間韓國野,咁我哋就一齊去試啦,可能新開張嘅關係,等位都等左差唔多一個鐘,但呢個都唔係一個大問題。入到我,我哋就開始叫野食,叫完等左一陣啲野食已經有啦,我哋叫左個炒粉絲、牛肉石頭窩飯、海鮮煎餅、韓式炸雞同卡邦尼炒年糕(我大約記得係咁嘅名)仲有2杯柚子蜜同一杯柚子沙冰首先係炒粉絲,我諗呢個算係我哋叫咁多個之中最正常。牛肉窩飯食完好似無食過咁,無咩味。個海鮮煎餅外面有少少脆但入面就好似一pat pat 咁。朋友話食個炸雞好似食緊咕嚕肉,而我就覺得好似淨係食炸雞皮咁。卡邦尼炒年糕我無食,所以咕評啦。而果2杯柚子蜜係無咩味嘅,但杯柚子沙冰就甜到死。好就好在佢個消費唔算好貴,6個人食每人$68,如果佢又貴又唔好食真係會揼心口😤
