To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 單計價錢,長腳蟹就真係賣得幾平。$238 斤,仲平過街市。但係同我食開嘅長腳蟹真係差好遠,明明佢都係喺魚缸嗰度拎出嚟,生生猛猛的。首先佢係有五斤,出嚟個樣就一啲都唔似我買開5斤的蟹,好似四斤咁上下樣。大細都未係重點,重點係蒸元出嚟啲肉係縮水的。我唔係廚師,我就唔知點解,感覺就係唔新鮮,定係蒸過龍?呢隻超過一千元的蟹,大家都很失望。而且唔知道點解佢剪開隻蟹嘅時候,要倒走晒啲蟹汁,見佢用另外一個碗裝住拎走咗,二次創作其他餸?之前喺其他地方食係會有蟹汁喺個碟嗰度,唔會咁樣乾爭爭。片皮鴨就更加差,乾爭爭,嚡十十,仲要等咗半個鐘以上。又比唔夠餅皮,不過間嘢冇咩服務可言,所以都費事問佢,應該都係又要收錢。碟菜正常嘅,不過呢碟菜要$108 值唔值?我就覺得唔值。參菇海味炆伊麵 $108 唔知啲菇喺邊,亦都唔覺得有海參,主要都係得麵。壽包,我冇食,朋友食,好似話唔好食嘅。只可以講,性價比好低,仲要夥計喺隔離倒瀉嘢,整到朋友一褲都係。 總結:絕對冇下次。
