To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 諗住Shopping完要搵食, 商場內其實隨便攞張飛, 點知shop完又差不多有位, 天意.因為有窗邊位座, 一望就可以望到間舖其實幾大, 好深再睇menu, 有d菜都幾有創意, 啱心水先來一個醬蹄, 醬汁好味, 肉味又唔錯, 一道涼菜又夠開胃甜梅醉乳鴿, 用乳鴿唔用雞除咗冇咁肥之外, 的確精緻d.值得一讚係一般醉雞冇甜梅, 佢有, 咁簡單幾小片就已經帶出紹興酒加甜梅呢個完美組合嘅魅力!再加上軟滑鴿肉, 絶配百頁包其實係腐皮, 個汁夠濃, 但以滬菜來講覺得可以再濃味d, 雞茸配薺菜又帶出一種新鮮口味, 幾特別雲吞雞中規中矩, 唔差但又冇特別.有d怪嘅係唔明點解要撈咗d雞出黎, 好似湯渣咁小籠包都係中規中矩黑醋松子魚叫半條都有頭有尾已經有計, 用黑醋唔單止令格調高咗, 最重要係好味咗, 黑醋比白醋較厚, 酸中帶甜, 層次豐富d.生煎包都唔錯, 底脆包身滑而冇乾, 唔算多但有肉汁
