我地兩個本身都好鐘意食鯛魚燒,次次去到日本就狂食,週日喺銅鑼灣順便試下呢係鯛魚~鯛魚燒喺B2超市嗰層,芝士撻隔離,唔洗等。當日所有魚都已經整好,非即叫即做~有三個味道 紅豆、吉士、朱古力由於我地紅豆、吉士都想食,加上冇諗過會中伏,決定要哂兩隻味~紅豆鯛魚燒 $15吉士鯛魚燒 $15拎上手暖暖地,薄薄一塊,唔係新鮮熱辣始終已經爭少少~酥皮唔夠酥,唔鬆,亦都食唔到所謂廿幾層… 充其量都似係食左個蝴蝶酥,叫croissant係唔合格,又冇牛油香,又唔脆…純粹食到面頭有層焦糖,亦都甜味主要來源。面頭嘅幾片杏仁,對整體味道、口感冇大幫助…鯛魚係減過肥,變左比目魚咁,超扁,餡料少得可憐, 係平時食車輪餅餡料份量嘅1/3。紅豆:冇紅豆味、係死甜,質地唔夠蓉,又乾又死實… 吉士:雖然夠滑,但唔香,食完一啖唔會覺得想再食,份量太少…我直頭唔想食…男朋友勉強食多左幾啖都掉左,真係後悔,仲要買左兩條…

充其量都似係食左個蝴蝶酥,叫croissant係唔合格,又冇牛油香,又唔脆…

純粹食到面頭有層焦糖,亦都甜味主要來源。
