星期一夜晚,媽咪話唔想煮飯,所以我哋就去食烤魚啦。先來前菜。涼拌萵筍$32一般都係一片上碟,但係呢度竟然切幼絲,真係考刀工,好有心思,分量略小。脆魚皮$38上面放左大量嘅薑絲,辟走腥味,略嫌麻油味不夠,切皮稍薄。鮮茄味烤魚(大邊$225)跟魚首份配菜$30(大豆芽,金針菇,唐芹同秀珍菇)忘記問店員係咩魚。點知上檯係一條鯇魚。比魽魚鮮甜。實在驚喜。今日專登點咗番茄湯,因為屋企人怕辣會敏感,如果返大陸一般只有辣味,好多時辣到魚的鮮味都蓋過了。呢度有唔辣的選擇(三款)好適合香港人嘅口味。未食魚之前,先呷一口蕃茄濃湯,湯底有蕃茄蓉,魚上舖滿蕃茄切片,賣相真係好吸引。蕃茄蓉令湯底更加香甜濃郁。值得一讚係已經爆香左嘅葱蒜,食落更加香口。當魚食到一半嘅時候,再呷一口湯,由原來只食到番茄湯嘅甜味,慢慢魚味滲進蕃茄湯內,特別惹味,變得更加鮮甜。整體評語好味,可以一試!好味好適合香港人,亦都更加適合想食烤魚,但係唔食辣嘅朋友不過冷氣不夠涼,如果係試辣味烤魚真係會食到血脈沸騰。加上敞門設計,每次有人出入都有大量的熱氣湧進,特別係坐近門口位好熱
