To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

　　一直有聽講隱世奶茶王系洪水橋度，但一直冇機會去一試．今日得閑，叫埋兩個朋友一起去一探究竟．　　去洪水橋都算好方便，系樓下坐輕鐵差唔多3-4個字就到達洪水橋站，下一個地下通道過馬路對面就到大發餐廳門口了（其實洪水橋個站一落車，往對面一望就睇到了，好易揾唧）　　一入門啱啱有張空抬，嬲嬲聲坐落去，肚好餓，問阿姐有咩好介紹，阿姐話食午餐套餐了，冷熱飲都唔駛加錢(甘好？)但要試奶茶當然要熱唧啦．　　每人都叫了個套餐，33蚊一個，又有湯送，羅宋湯同埋忌廉湯選擇，我叫了咖喱牛仔骨，熱奶茶，忌廉湯．湯上的好快，味道很濃，很好喝．一杯湯落肚，已經半飽了，這時飯也上來了，看著飯都不知從何下手．　　咖喱味很濃郁，有點辣，很好味，牛仔骨筋太多，用刀切都切唔斷，只好全部放落口=.=　　熱奶茶好味，我放半匙糖就夠了，（唔鐘意太甜），33蚊有埋甘多野食，都算OK了，而且最主要系D餸好味，奶茶又出名，下次有機會會再幫襯
