To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

係一間新式潮州野既食店，不過地方較為細，只係可以容納10張枱，大概只可以坐到20個位左右。-滷水鵝拼雞翼：🐦🐤叫左雙拼，不論係雞或鵝，佢地既表皮都好夠色水，滷水味好入味。鐘意滷水汁咸咸甜甜既味道。而且肉質唔諧口，係鵝既肥膏有啲厚。-芥末雞腳筋：雞腳筋份量偏少，不過第一次食用芥末調味既雞腳。有少少似點燒肉既芥末醬，個人黎講都覺得兩個味道係夾既，可以試下。-新鮮馬友件：🐟煎香左既馬友食落好香口，呢味馬友件既調味就似家常小菜。
