To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. 首先要讚下呢度既服務態度啦,職員好有耐性咁解釋餐牌既食物同當日既午餐配套,全程亦都保持適當既距離但係又當我地有需要時又即刻幫到我地,服務態度好令人滿意。言歸正傳,我地覺得set啲食物唔啱口味所以就另外點幾道小菜試試。首先我地試左鮮蟹肉燜伊麵,伊麵既軟硬度適中唔會太軟所以就算長時間浸係蟹羹都唔會太軟,蟹肉既份量都算偏多而且都好新鮮。整體呢份伊麵都算唔錯,10分滿分起碼都有7分。之後我地點左份蜜汁極上豚肉叉燒,叉燒偏瘦所以口感略為遜色,可能純碎個人偏愛半肥瘦叉。不過醃製用既汁整得唔錯,令到叉燒既風味提高,鹹味甜味都適中。不過10分最高6分。接落黎既係叉燒腸粉,叉燒應該用左前一位餸同一款叉燒,但係腸粉既話瘦叉就更加適合,腸粉既皮厚度都偏薄,個人覺得口感不錯,易入口得黎又有嚼勁,叉燒汁既香味又好出。10分滿分值得7分。最後一味主菜就係脆皮貴妃雞,呢味餸係一隻唔會太大既雞啲皮整得好脆但係肉質又好鮮嫩多汁,啲皮真係好鬆脆,以為皮整得脆幹但係肉質竟然咁多汁。整道餸好似好普通但係係呢餐最好味既餸,10分滿分我個人會俾10分係必點既餸。一定要試!最後我地叫做一份生磨蛋白杏仁茶同埋一份雪燕仙草渾子露,杏仁
