事源我話想食韓國冷面,咁朋友就推薦我食哩間夜首爾,一嚟方便收工去,二嚟係近尖沙咀可以行下先食飯一入到去,就問下有無醬油蟹,因為我個fd特別要求,無預訂都驚無。結果,老闆話有,就即刻入座。入到去,老闆分配咗房入面嘅枱俾我哋。我哋第一個叫嘅係厚切五花腩。雖然叫落係幾厚,但係燒完收縮咗,不過真係好有豬肉味食完個口都仲齒頰留香,咁我哋就再叫多份豬肉拼盤。本來以為豬頸肉會好難咬,因為燒太耐會好易硬,燒太短時間又驚唔夠熟。最後...我哋燒得太耐,都係比較硬。不過塊豬扒加分,唔會太硬,又有嗰種油脂味之後,韓牛拼盤就無得輸啦,燒完又香又有油味,而且唔會難咬。牛肩肉配上其他配菜令口感更加豐富醬油蟹不過不失,最緊要係唔會腥,仲要多膏。配上白飯,一啖又一咪,飯都無晒。加上佢調味唔會太咸,食到蟹味。最後係拌冷面,真係好味呀。可能係我太耐無食,亦都因為我最想係嚟食冷面,所以特別期待。每一啖都in in un un,係我期待嘅味道。不過偏辣,食唔到辣可能要小辣或者揀返湯冷面不過,係哩到食燒肉,個身會好大陣味,所以叫之前要三思。
