Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 很久沒有去這酒樓飲茶,因為點心價格偏貴,所以當年祈望點心質素應該有別於其他酒樓,當年吃過感覺點心質素一般。今次再來飲早茶,發現點心味道和以前差不多,味道都是一般。酒樓樓底十分高,坐在廳堂飲茶是舒服的。檯旁有一部自助煮水機,可以自己動手加水入茶壺內,做到水滾茶靚。茶葉的質素就不錯,選了鐵觀音茶,經多次沖泡依然保持濃郁茶香和色澤。用手機掃碼即可點餐。今次點了五款。五柳炸雲吞,上檯時食物不熱,三隻雲吞,有一隻沒有蝦肉在內。有蝦肉的兩隻還好,皮也算炸得鬆脆。瑤柱雞包仔,包內有少量瑤柱絲,雞肉份量正常,包的口感軟熟。潮州蒸粉果,皮層厚,餡料普通。乾蒸牛肉賣,雖然吃起來容易,但牛肉味少。四季荷葉飯,飯量適中,口感濕潤,飯粒不夠乾身,配料也少。五個點心沒有一個覺得最滿意,所以日後應該也少去這酒樓飲茶了。
