To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

上一趟吃過西班牙的狩獵菜式後令我念念不忘!當知道我最喜歡的餐廳Casa Lisboa亦推出了葡萄牙冬季狩獵菜,我又怎能不去品嚐一番呢!! 碰巧這天雨綿綿冷冰冰正好來品嚐暖身的野味,再次看到熟悉又夠著率性的pão麵包袋,還備有美味的橄欖、吞拿魚醬及牛油佐吃,每次也令我想狂吃上兩三件!但還有豐富的狩獵菜式等待我寵幸!不得不忍口只能吃一件! 第一道菜是橄欖油炒蛋配葡萄牙紅蝦菇菌$210,靈感來自經典葡菜薯絲馬介休,大廚依照這傳統菜式來個華麗轉身,以葡萄牙紅蝦代替馬介休,加八三款菇菌包括黑喇叭菇、雞油菌和羊蹄菇,還以香氣更盛的鴨蛋來香炒,吃下有濃濃的鴨蛋香氣,爽口香味的茹菌更籠罩口腔良久好古惑的味道喔! 緊接著的是獵人鷓鴣批$190以香氣盛濃的菇菌焗煮鷓鴣,起肉後將鷓鴣的骨用來淆成醬汁,然後連肉帶汁醬釀進自家製的麵皮內焗至金黃色便大功告成! 剖開薄脆的批皮後看見內裡滿滿的鷓鴣肉,吃下肉嫩味鮮而且營養豐,據聞鷓鴣更富有高蛋白低脂肪低膽固醇的營養特性,是一種很值得欣賞的野味,别忘記配襯那香滑的自家製松露沙巴翁醬,它會帶您前往另一番境界。 此刻端來的是極度邪惡

碰巧這天雨綿綿冷冰冰正好來品嚐暖身的野味,再次看到熟悉又夠著率性的pão麵包袋,還備有美味的橄欖、吞拿魚醬及牛油佐吃,每次也令我想狂吃上兩三件!但還有豐富的狩獵菜式等待我寵幸!不得不忍口只能吃一件!

此刻端來的是極度邪惡但又可愛非常的鵝肝半熟蛋白汁薯泥$170,以牛奶來煮出滑不溜口的薯蓉,上面那半熟蛋更巧弄至芝士般模樣很趣緻!再伴以勁邪惡的厚切香煎鵝肝。

將半熟蛋破開連同以牛骨黒松露和Solera酒煮成的Solera Périgord汁共吃,上次吃過濃香的Solera Périgord汁後有丁點反應所以今天我避開了它!但絕沒因此菜失色吃下又香又滑還是很魔鬼的哈哈!

最後的是葡萄牙獵人鴨飯$310亦是這天我最喜歡的一道菜!專程由歐洲引入野鴨以腿淆汁來煮飯,伴以香煎的柔軟鴨胸肉同吃,那份野鴨的香氣真非筆墨可以形容太美味了!還是待大家自己去品嚐吧!

甜品點來了Bolo de Bolacha$85吃下帶濃香的朱古力味,吃下滑溜略帶口感,配合雲尼拿雪糕來吃更加吸引。

最後還有Tigelada葡式軟蛋餅$80,這是葡萄牙傳統獨有的葡式軟蛋糕,蛋餅由麵粉、牛奶、蛋黃和雲呢拿調製再用砂煲在焗爐烹調而成!

蛋餅質感如布甸般軟熟,帶幽幽不討厭的玉桂味不愛的我也接受得到!再伴以雲呢拿雪糕來吃冷熱交融滋味無極限,葡萄牙冬季狩獵菜式會供應至出年2月29日,喜歡這特別菜式的朋友記得去試喇!
