To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

啊！陳皮味的美式鬆餅，失覺晒播！

某天早上，本想到「黑麥」買早餐，但因「蕩失路」，亂打亂撞走到這兒。啊！原來這兒亦有「Can-teen」！於是，將錯就錯地在這兒外賣早餐回公司。跟在IFC 時一樣，購買美式鬆餅和熱飲。是日的美式鬆餅只有巧克力味和陳皮味！好，連新皮味都夠膽出，不愧係勇於嘗試的美心集團！陳皮味美式鬆餅（$6）：製品招紙印著「marinated orange peel muffin」！老實講，食到濃郁的牛油味，但果皮味就連影都唔多覺，…，真係…失覺晒！算罷啦。熱檸茶（特價$5）：有茶味，惜偏淡。此濃度用來作檸檬茶還勉強可以；若用來作港式奶茶或鴛鴦，睇怕走奶都嫌淡！隨著麵粉漲價，市內大部份麵粉製品都加了價。美式鬆餅每枚加一塊錢，即廿個巴仙，漲幅不少。
