與同事星期六放工後啤兩啤, 近近地就去左京瑞廣場的pub,餐廳有落地大玻璃, 雖然只係望對面工廈的外牆, 但環境舒適, 坐位寬敞, 最緊要啤啤時坐得舒服。叫左小小食物。Fish and Chips當然要叫, chips 無論幾時都係我的comfort food~炸魚即叫即炸, 粉漿調得香濃, 入口鬆化又香脆 而且又唔會唔會太厚身,熱辣辣上檯, 十分鮮美粗身薯條外脆內軟, 不會感到油膩, 炸得剛剛好, 食落好滿足~~啤酒雞啤酒雞即叫即烤焗, 需時比較耐,但係得出以啤酒醃製雞肉的甘甜層次,一切開時香氣十足, 帶有一點淡淡的啤酒香氣而且雞身入面亦加入其他醃料, 洋蔥、蒜、黑椒等,切開時皮脆肉嫩, 而D雞肉仍然非常juicy,比中式炸子雞更顯層次同深度。叫的果杯啤酒叫Chunk Sir, 飲落去甜甜的,有櫻桃和可可的味道, 再喝多兩口更嚐到以橡木片釀製的風味, 讓人驚豔。
