To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 最近我去咗一間好出名嘅酒樓飲茶，真係好開心！一入到去，啲香味已經撲鼻而來，令人忍唔住想試下佢哋嘅點心。我首先點咗蝦餃，啲皮薄得嚟又滑，裡面嘅蝦仁新鮮到爆，咬落去有種彈牙嘅感覺，真係好好味！跟住我又試咗燒賣，金黃嘅色澤好吸引，肉質鮮嫩，加上一啲醬油，味道更加出色。仲有，叉燒包都唔可以唔試！啲包子皮鬆軟，裡面包住香甜嘅叉燒肉，食一口就令人心滿意足。最後，我叫咗一壺鐵觀音，茶香四溢，啱啱好可以中和啲點心嘅油膩。服務生嘅態度都好好，隨時都會幫你加茶，感覺非常貼心。整體嚟講，今次嘅飲茶經驗非常愉快，無論係美食定係氣氛都好正！如果你鍾意飲茶，真係值得一試！
