To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

lunch 同事話想食喇沙，於是由佢帶路。門面完全都不起眼，好暗，好像沒有營業那樣。就連同事都以為行錯了。入到去，餐廳都好大，好多位，食物選擇亦多。我點左喇沙，同事分別選了肉骨茶﹠海南雞飯。喇沙不是正崇兩款面，但個湯底不錯，我差不多飲哂，名叫大蝦喇沙，但只是普通　size　only, 不過有6隻。肉骨茶藥味欠奉，海南雞飯都不錯，份量全部都好大份，價錢亦便宜。唯獨餐廳抽風很差，食完成頭都充滿油煙味！
