今日朋友約出黎請食飯,順便公佈喜訊。起初聽到餐廳名擔心唔知好唔好食...會唔會好似大排檔嘅煲仔飯咁....點知食完呢餐,我地一行4 人都對餐廳有讚無彈,無論食物、服務定餐廳環境都無野可以挑剔👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻板鴨蘿蔔煲 板臘鴨係配蘿蔔竟然一啲都唔喊,仲帶出蘿蔔嘅鮮甜味👍🏻XO醬飽魚伴麵 XO醬唔係辣,反而帶有好香嘅花椒味,令人好想食完一啖再一啖。乾瑤柱好多仲好有口感,唔係李錦記等可以媲美。飽魚仔好腍、好入味。至於麵底一啲都唔輸蝕,口感用‘好彈牙’都唔足以形容😆只要食過嘅人就會明😏廣式臘味煲仔飯 (細) 真係正宗煲仔飯,有飯焦㗎😍😍臘鴨同臘腸配埋甜油,真係絶配。飯吸晒油香,勁惹味手工黃金麵 (4件) 麵本身好彈牙,煎過后仲好香脆,配埋酸甜醬汁,好開胃雙味臘腸貝殼包 (3件) 我覺得貝殼包夾臘腸最能夠食出臘腸嘅原味,餐廳細心位係係貝殼包中間預留左空位比大家夾臘腸用,真係好窩心🥰清蒸鮮腌海鯧魚 清蒸最能食出食物真實嘅一面!呢味鮮腌海鯧魚食得出鹽腌過嘅咸香味,但又不失鮮味,而且肉質仍然嫩滑,並唔似咸魚咁實肉的,厲害👍🏻而且廚師先切好一件件,再靚靚咁放返落碟,大家食魚時唔使夾到散晒。而且鯧魚基本上已起

清蒸最能食出食物真實嘅一面!呢味鮮腌海鯧魚食得出鹽腌過嘅咸香味,但又不失鮮味,而且肉質仍然嫩滑,並唔似咸魚咁實肉的,厲害👍🏻而且廚師先切好一件件,再靚靚咁放返落碟,大家食魚時唔使夾到散晒。而且鯧魚基本上已起骨,尤其近魚尾部分竟然一條骨都無,真係啖啖肉😆😆

霸皇蔥油雞 (例)
雞肉好嫩滑,而且食得到雞味,配埋蔥油同醬油食好惹味😋我地連底下嘅紹菜都食晒,因為吸晒雞肉同蔥油等味道,同樣好味呢😆

川味腸炒蛋
呢碟又係一碟驚喜餸😚川味臘腸本身已經惹味,配滑到不得了嘅炒蛋竟然中和左微辣嘅味道,而剩低令人回味嘅麻味同肉嘅香味🤭

食材一定精挑細選過,如果唔係芥菜唔會嫩,排骨係半肥瘦、口感嫩滑唔覺肥。湯好清,好好飲🙃
后記:呢一餐顛覆左我對臘味嘅印象🤭板臘鴨係我印象中都係又肥又鹹,用黎送飯,今次食完先知原來可以咁好味😲我本身好鐘意食臘腸,但餐廳嘅川味臘腸確實令我好回味。點餐時見餐牌對食材的介紹,再到用餐后,明白到餐廳對臘腸豬肉的要求、對鮮腌海鯧魚嘅腌製掌控、對麵條口感嘅追求等等有幾咁嚴格先做到咁好食嘅味道。
