To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

終於嚟到位於啓德站新開張Airside商場，大部份店舖已經開咗，一入去商場感覺環境好高檔行得好舒服，行行下見到有翡翠拉麵又入去試吓，店內裝修得好靚，景觀又開陽，除咗平日必叫的特色小籠包，今次特別試吓新菜色「茶香燻乳鴿」及「梁溪脆膳」，燻乳鴿火候適中，一啖咬落去脆皮卜卜脆，仲非常Juicy添，絕不油膩。另外，值得一提梁溪脆膳，好爽脆味道仲要超讚，最終我哋四個人食完一碟又一碟，絕對有驚喜非常喜歡。😋😍
