To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

今次係我第一次上openrice寫食評。食Buffet食得多了, 今次我黎介紹懷舊港式鐵板晚餐,下午時侯，同幾位朋友來到荃灣帝盛酒店既西餐廳。這家餐廳環境舒適,服務我們的帶眼鏡待應態度友善，雖然客人唔多，但廚師既水準唔算差，比我想像中好。我叫咗一份紐西蘭羊扒，食物又新鮮，黑椒汁既肉質幼嫩無羊羶味，餐湯是忌廉玉米湯, 味道夠濃，侍應算幾肯收碟。至於甜品方面亦是懷舊雪糕香蕉船，加上的cream同脆脆，甜味可口。

Other Info. : 提前預早訂位仲有折扣！優惠嘅嘢手快有手慢冇，早的訂早的享受。呢餐十分滿足，扣埋折扣十分抵食，還可以在酒店享受,環境清靜優雅。喜歡清靜既朋友可以值得過來一試。
