To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 每天都出街食飯,對食物總有一些偏好,在這裡我特別喜歡蝦子生根豆腐煲。一來喜歡豆製品的味道,豆腐,豆幹,枝竹,生根,豆卜都是我喜歡的範圍,二來豆腐是健康食品,三來豆腐的煮法千變萬化,點樣搭配都得。😘蝦子生根豆腐煲好大一煲,熱氣騰騰上台,香香的蝦子鋪在生根和豆腐面,下面是翠綠的小唐菜,味道調得剛好,不會太鹹,雖然是素菜,但黃豆營養豐富,不比肉差,加上有蝦子,營養和味道都很豐富,是我每次來食飯都必點的菜式。
