Restaurant: A BOUTEA (Shatin Centre)

To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 天時暑熱出街行,唔多唔少都會口痕痕想飲返杯野,而「花斑茶社」一直都係選擇之一。今日路過見到佢試新推出左「完熟蘋果冰茶」同「清爽青葡萄烏龍」,就一於試下個烏龍。烏龍嘅味道十分之濃厚,入口甘香,感覺好解膩。同時間青葡萄味入口清甜而唔會過份搶味,兩者平衡得十分之好。仲有啲細細粒嘅葡萄肉,口感一流好清爽。另外,去親左花斑,我都好鍾意飲佢杯「黑糖珍珠岩鹽厚鮮奶」,佢嘅鮮奶十分濃厚,黑糖珍珠好軟糯而且唔會過甜,加入岩鹽有少少咸味,十分特別,而正正係呢種咸味,令黑糖同鮮奶嘅味道更加突出。

烏龍嘅味道十分之濃厚,入口甘香,感覺好解膩。同時間青葡萄味入口清甜而唔會過份搶味,兩者平衡得十分之好。仲有啲細細粒嘅葡萄肉,口感一流好清爽。
