To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 今天和家人到圓方商場睇車展,順便飲返個午茶,由於我們是潮州人,都比較喜歡到百樂潮州酒家飲茶,除了啱口味,還有最愛的功夫茶🫖餐牌上都有很多潮州的美食,價錢亦都很合理。瑤柱蔥花炸腸半透明的腸粉外皮,包著香脆可口的油條,再加入瑤柱鮮甜的口感,味道不錯。招牌點心孖寶有潮州粉果和燒賣,燒賣的蝦肉和豬肉比例適中,鮮蝦爽口彈牙,咬落鮮甜多汁,粉果皮簿餡靚,配埋辣椒油一齊食,更提升粉果的味道。鮮什菌杞子棉花雞雞肉鮮甜嫩滑,加入什菌和杞子健康有益,魚肚給入醬汁非常爽口入味。福果芋泥這個芋泥不是間間酒樓都食到,都是潮州食物的一種,芋泥不會太甜,芋頭味香濃,入口幼滑。
