銅鑼灣太多美食了, 今次選擇同謙謙來到 Urban Coffee Roaster 到嘆返下舒緩下壓力, 以下的美食都係謙謙點選的⬇️⬇️⬇️✡️ 牛油果吞拿魚蓉酸種多士 ~ 牛油果搽在多士本身已經好夾,原來在上面加一層吞拿魚蓉仲正,口感更豐富,帶點鮮魚風味,較清爽沒油膩的感。✡️ 黑松露薯條配黑松露蛋黃醬 ~ 粗薯條薯仔味道很香,香脆度適中,不會脆到太硬,每一口都充斥住濃厚的黑松露香氣。✡️ 松葉蟹肉軟殼蟹飯 ~ 香酥的軟殼蟹下有松葉蟹肉、溫泉蛋和蟹籽,拌勻送入口,卜卜脆口感下又有甜絲絲蟹肉好滿足的感覺。🥞 法式焦糖班戟 ~ 呢到的班戟係3層厚實型係謙謙喜歡的種類, 上層係脆脆焦糖,再點旁邊的吉士醬食, 甜度適中。☕ 85% Belize ~ 見到咁高濃度的已經忍唔住叫杯了 ,朱古力味香濃但唔會苦澀, 細味每一口,香濃味道慢慢在口腔擴散。☕ Mocha ~ 心心拉花好靚, 咖啡味道唔濃,相反更重朱古力味道入口香醇濃郁。
