我最近學緊日文, 因我一向是日本小粉絲,疫情前最少每年去兩次日本架! 可惜現在疫情下我都數年未去到, 便學定日文, 期望日後去時仲可以大展日語!在香港都唔可以待薄自己,為慶祝剛考到初級日語課程證書,來到一間日本餐廳, 店員好有禮,仲安排我哋入vip 房啊!心情興奮🥰呀!銀雪魚西京燒 呢個係我在香港食過最好食,原來火喉和燒的方法真係好考功夫,鎖到新鮮魚肉又滿足美食口感!平目魚刺身刀法功架又係十足,我第一次食平目魚,估唔到原來可以一啲腥味都冇,只有一股平目魚獨有鮮味!

平目魚刺身
