To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 自從係半島酒店既露台餐廳TheVerandah俾侍應既貼心同禮貌驚艷到之後一直想再酒店既其他餐廳今次去到米芝蓮一星既嘉麟樓體驗一下餐廳既裝修大部分係深色柚木傢俬,加埋吊燈,瓷器同蘭花擺設配以西餐廳既曙黃燈光, 有一種20年代上海既味道,加上樓底高有兩層特別有氣派今晚菜單有:飯前小食 - 琥珀合桃果木煙燻匈牙利鬈毛豬叉燒 姬松茸響螺燉珍珠肉花彫蛋白蒸蟹鉗懷舊匈牙利鬈毛豬菠蘿咕嚕肉富貴雞(需預訂) 羊肚菌爆鮮腐竹南乳粗齋煲蟹肉金絲米粉如果人多既話比起tasting menu , a la carte可以試多幾道菜大力推介蟹肉金絲米粉同叉燒 蟹肉金絲米粉– 蟹肉一絲絲的但絕不比米粉少! 而且蟹肉雖然已經係絲狀但仍然食到鮮味叉燒– 肥瘦適中, 食到甜味之餘又唔會蓋過本身既肉味

今次去到米芝蓮一星既嘉麟樓體驗一下


餐廳既裝修大部分係深色柚木傢俬,加埋吊燈,瓷器同蘭花擺設配以西餐廳既曙黃燈光, 


有一種20年代上海既味道,
加上樓底高有兩層特別有氣派
