To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 一家十幾人食飯 屋企人揀咗美中鴨子 Booked咗位 但係上一輪未食完 所以都要等一陣P.S. 美心同東海堂蛋糕就唔使切餅費 否則$100不過啲侍應真係十問九唔應叫個侍應幫我哋換隻碟 但係聽完就走咗去北京填鴨🦆填鴨皮好脆 好香鴨油味 鴨肉都一啲都唔柴每塊餅皮都有塊蒸籠紙隔開🫓配料剩係得蔥同埋甜醬松子黃花魚🐟酸酸甜甜 炸到脆一脆 魚冇骨反而就個酸甜汁冇咩配料雪花松葉炸蟹鉗🦀勁大嚿嘅一個蟹鉗 啖啖蟹肉可以點沾酸甜醬 酸味出啲酥炸日本生蠔🦪食到生蠔嘅鮮味 本身個size都唔細同埋炸到脆一脆大汗孜然炸豆腐🥛份量唔多 超勁嘅孜然味炸豆腐每粒就好細粒 不過豆腐炸醬好薄土鴨蛋脆煎蚵仔🍳同出面嘅蠔餅好唔同 好明顯係煎蠔餅食落口唔會有好多炸漿 切到好多嚿長方形嚿嚿都有蠔仔金華火腿扒津白🥬津白浸到好腍 吸晒金華火腿湯嘅味道茶樹菇上湯翡翠苗🌱翡翠苗茶樹菇吸晒上湯味食落係好爽口上海粗炒🍝邊條比較長身 冇出面啲咁肥膩咁油所以食落去粗炒個味道唔係好重上海鮮肉鍋貼🥟鍋貼底個皮好脆 雖然皮有啲厚 但係吸晒湯汁灌湯小籠包👍🏻👍🏻小籠包真係皮薄餡靚 一咬係爆汁蔥油餅🌯比較厚身嘅蔥油餅 都係焗到好脆 蔥汁鋪滿蔥油包上牛肉餡
