明閣招牌菜式,賣相的確吸引,用料十足,切開可以見到滿滿既蟹肉。但表面炸得唔夠酥脆,再配上芝士洋蔥白汁,覆蓋咗蟹肉本身既味道,完全食唔出蟹肉既鮮甜,個人唔識得欣賞。

菠菜本身帶草酸,一般都會用川燙降低澀味,但係食落菠菜苗依然略帶苦澀。金耳 (既係黃耳 )同榆耳,本身亦帶有菌類既酸腥味,食落比較黏稠,無期待中既爽中帶滑,甚至沾到菠菜苗既澀味,整體十分一般,個人認為可能用豆苗代替效果更好。

牛面頰炆煮得十分軟腍入味,配上乾陳皮絲解膩,口感有層次,咬落第一啖係牛面頰既肉香,之後陳皮既香味慢慢係口中散發出來,帶有一絲絲甘味,食完之後齒頰留香!

Birds nest, Pogostemon, Whole pear,Double-boiled

等咗好耐既養生糖水,後來追單先知原來即叫即燉。食到雪梨本身既清甜,用料方面亦唔吝嗇,燕窩份量相當多。加埋葛仙米,一種高蛋白質既藻類植物,食落幾爽口,整體成個糖水好refreshing。


🍽Overall
侍應態度親切有禮,但係專業一般,上菜速度既掌控有待加強,另外建議每次上菜後對菜餚稍作介紹,例如係用料,煮法,食法,其實對客人整體用餐體驗都會有畫龍點睛之效。

食物同服務都不過不失,不過配上甘樣既價錢,顯得性價比低,出面有太多更好既選擇。如果餐廳各處都不斷強調自己榮獲米芝蓮一星,不免會令人有高期望,然而上至食物整體水準,下至服務細節都有待改進,略有名不副實,“德不配位”之感。
