To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

每次去太子食飯，就會心思思想食集眾，不過因為真係太多捧場客，所以基本上無Book位都唔洗諗住有得搏吓，所以今次決定去食就梗係預早訂定位啦。今晚2個人只叫了3個餸，咕嚕肉、鐵板啫啫魚春魚鰾同埋什菌豆腐煲。咕嚕肉基本上係招牌菜，差不多每枱都會叫，老闆娘話係用新鮮豬肉做，連D波蘿都係新鮮波蘿，唔用罐頭，所以真係好食，個咕嚕肉嘅皮係封返汁落去嗰種脆皮，而個汁又做到有拔絲效果，果然係招牌菜。其實鐵板啫啫都可以話係呢間小店的招牌，除咗雞什同豬生腸之外，另一款用鐵板啫啫上碟的就是今次老闆娘介紹的魚春加魚鰾，雖然係罪惡D，不過真係好惹味，餸白飯或者餸啤酒真係一流。佢D洋蔥、蔥段、乾蔥頭等等嘅配菜，黐上一粒粒的魚春，真係正。什菌豆腐煲又係老闆娘介紹的，佢話Menu無架。最有驚喜的就是個豆腐好滑，好食，下次去會再叫。
