To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

今天去白田探朋友，時間還早的關係，check下手機看到附近有一間車仔麵，於是便試試看！一進店鋪，已經看到幾個客人桌上豐富的車仔麵，我的肚子立刻咕咕叫了！店員很熱心地告訴我可以用QR CODE點麵，餐牌也比較齊全，所以我也按著指示點了我自己的車仔麵。食物來了，面和餸都是分開上的，可以慢慢品嘗！我覺得陳皮魚蛋很入味，微辣，牛腩也很淋，沒有渣，我個人就極力推薦蜜煎厚餐肉和醬汁魷魚！蜜煎厚餐肉食下去的時候表面是脆脆的，很想食多一塊，而醬汁魷魚的醬汁很濃，夠味！另外我也很喜歡它的“自家制櫻花蝦醬”，因為頗辣得，我覺得食的時候很香，很像XO醬!下次再來的時候，我一定要試它有湯的車仔麵，和必食蜜煎厚餐肉和醬汁魷魚！
