To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

最愛享受休閒的生活，要為家居添置一些用品，必定會走到一所連鎖家品店看看。這間IKEA正正是我今天行逛的目的地，而每一次都例行到它的餐廳歇腳再吃個午飯。門口有一排食物圖片及價錢，我們先行找坐位再購買食物。點了瑞典肉丸，$20有10粒，肉丸彈牙，配上忌廉汁和薯蓉，放進口內"滾動"，簡直好味到停不了口。再點了小食拼盤，$39，已經集合了我的最愛，雞翼，大大條腸腸，薯角，粟米粒。每一款吃一口，已令我好像在吃自助餐的感覺，心裏的不快全消。老公點了豬肋骨，$63，配上南瓜條及酸青瓜，配搭新穎，燒汁味濃的豬肋骨，烤得恰到好處，不"痴"骨也不"痴"牙飲品當然少不了，只須加$7，走向餐廳中央水吧位置以自助形式，便可無限添飲
