To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 連續放咗幾日假 ,瞓到自然醒起身都仲係十點幾 , 於是一條友走落去大快活食番個早餐先 。好耐冇去幫襯食早餐啦, 平時朝頭早起身返工趕頭趕命買個包當早餐食了事, 難得今日可以輕輕鬆鬆慢慢歎返個早餐, 記得細細個嗰陣 已經開始 特別鍾意食 大快活嘅早餐, 一食食咗幾十年。一般我都會點吉烈豬扒,腸仔煎蛋 ,多士轉煎蘿蔔糕再跟返杯凍檸茶, 點知今日去到冇得食得雞扒餐點, 好啦唯有轉轉口味, 看到塊雞扒有點失望 細細嚿 , 而且啲肉實滴滴咁,可能天氣凍 喇 啲醬汁好似 凍到一嚿嚿 ,煙都無煙下… 個滑蛋都ok都幾滑,另外 蘿蔔糕就略嫌硬咗少少囉😞 唯一冇變嘅就係佢杯凍檸茶 唔會苦唔會見,茶有茶味,味道剛好。
