要講九龍城食肆 ,大多數會想起泰國菜,其實有一間飯店屹立數拾載,仲陪伴著幾我的童年,今晚就相約二家姐一同舊地重遊回憶兒時味道!路邊雞就當然以白切雞為主必食之選肉質鮮嫩仲好有雞味,重點係不靭不鞋口,仍然保持童年時曾經食過味道,係回憶味道!雞內臟現今講求健康好多人都怕怕,不過爽口的雞腎,脆口的雞腸,軟香的雞肝偶爾一餐問題不大,食左先算!豬大腸要用新鮮先好食有咬口,現在都幾難食到!好清甜特別一提,其實路邊雞最出色係燉湯,我最喜愛川芎白芷燉豬腦湯,唔鐘意呢款仲有好多清潤或者滋補湯水可以選擇,都係個句美食當前偶然一餐算吧啦!
