To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

20061105陪爸媽參加一百蚊有找的一日遊，下午到此食團餐，本來諗住唔方好食（團餐嘛），但味道真係意料之外，唔錯喎。食物有豆腐湯、白卓蝦、雞、醬油骨等等…一共十二款菜式。特別要一提係個豆腐湯。聽侍應講此店豆腐湯（印象中豆腐好似話係自家制）每日係有限定數量，當日賣曬就唔會供應咁話。豆腐湯色水透明帶點奶白色，好香，飲落味道真係一流，要同團友爭住飲。雖然我唔記得所有食物，但係整體都係好食。環境都幾闊落，侍應係阿叔阿嬸好好笑容同服侍。有機會再遊鯉魚門一定會再幫趁。
