其實我唔知所謂太陽拉麵係咩意思,不過行到攰想坐,同埋見有我鐘意既蕃茄湯底係招牌,又唔使等位就食啦。咁主餐牌響男朋友手上,我望住個二人餐餐牌248,有兩個主食加兩個小食同兩飲品,男朋友望完主餐牌就話叫餐,大概單點都唔平🤔男朋友揀咗番茄豬軟骨拉麵我就食蕃茄蟹柳海鮮拉麵。前菜就揀咗牛油煎帶子同蟹柳沙律,兩個都話飲橙汁益力多。飲品嚟咗先都幾好味。之後蟹柳沙律得三條平價蟹柳仲無乜沙律醬⋯咁我就慢慢將蟹柳整開自己撈落啲青瓜絲度。本來睇完賣相對佢冇乜期望,點知食落出奇地爽口👍🏻。牛油帶子用鐵板仔上,好夠熱帶子煎到好脆出晒煙,仲有啲粟米粒粒好香口。主菜上場,咁少豬軟骨嘅⋯⋯我果碗隻蝦雖然唔係主角,但啲炸粉個樣好似甩頭甩骨又濕左咁,賣相好求其。我果碗有兩條貴啲既蟹柳、兩魷魚圈、兩帶子、一隻蝦。近排出街食蝦嘅經驗都唔係太好⋯呢隻蝦又係有條黑色嘅連屎既睇😑究竟想點,真倒胃口。其實處理蝦腸係整蝦最基本嘅,乜而家啲廚水平咁低。算了,蕃茄湯底幾好,好多茄肉夠濃,所謂粗切拉麵都幾多,可能係因為話創業10周年加量30%, 煙韌度適中。男朋友果碗豬軟骨有啲咸,溫泉蛋半只但上菜已經打斜左流晒啲黃落湯哈哈。我坐個位因為同出
