無獨有偶,上年與家人的團年飯,在荃灣悅來酒店的殷悅,今年,又來到這裡吃團年飯,不過,今次並非與家人前來,而且是坐廂房。由五年前與家母來飲茶,到今天成為米芝蓮推介,你說是整個荃灣區之中,比較高級的中菜廳,應該沒有人異議。好了,這晚的盛宴,由撈起開始,本來是新加坡,馬來西亞華人的賀年菜,輾轉傳到過來香港。此道悅來鮑撈起,名字很有意思,包撈起,但願如此。當然,香港人不會用福建話說撈起,一切,先由服務生代辦,對我而言,要自己撈才過癮。以前的撈起,用的是生鯇魚片,現今已沒有人領教,新加坡,吉隆坡都是主要用三文魚,香港亦然。殷悅能夠受到米芝蓮之眷顧,烏金麒麟乳豬件,功不可沒,上次的酒局已經品嚐過,以乳豬皮,蝦片,烏魚子的組合而成,個性大不同,但烏魚子的鹹香,與酥化的乳豬皮,香脆的蝦片,竟然擦出了火花。原隻鮑魚天白菇燉竹絲雞,鮮甜的湯頭,略帶點點藥饍的個性,當然,厚身的天白菇,與肥美的鮑魚,是不能錯過之物。海棠藜麥配沙當尼蝦球,用Chardonnay做成的醬汁,配以爽甜的蝦球,難怪另一個美名為平分秋色。想進補的話,堂煮當歸花雕雞,保証令你慶恰恰,像喝肉骨茶一樣!團年飯怎樣也要一些體面的菜式,包羅萬有

團年飯怎樣也要一些體面的菜式,包羅萬有,就是包羅萬有,正名為翡翠鮑螺花膠扣鵝掌,鮑魚螺片花膠鵝掌,陣容絕不失禮,不過,還是希望來一份粗麵,伴此鮑魚汁,天下美味也,我如是地想。

年前曾有幸在某飲食大賞擔任過評審,對於某間小店的生炒糯米飯讚不絕口,最後一致裁定給予銀獎。這裡的生炒糯米飯,水準亦不賴,每粒糯米分明,沒有黐在一起,形成一舊舊,而且醬油,臘味香完全融入煙韌的飯粒裡面,吃罷感覺不會很重,當然臨近飯局尾聲,一碗便夠。
