又到一年一次的團年飯,辛苦了一年,當然要食好d,所以我就食豪ddd,揀左媽咪至愛既樂天皇朝,以前食開銅鑼灣果間,而家開埋黎尖沙咀,非常方便媽咪點解咁鍾意呢度皆因佢最特色既小籠包,一次過有8種顏色,8種不同餡料和味道(原味、人蔘、麻辣、芝士、黑松露、鵝肝、蟹粉、蒜香),師傅用左雞湯及魚膠粉,令肉汁變得較清甜。我最愛蟹粉味,肉餡入口即溶。跟住叫左d小食,海哲用左陳醋去醃製素鵝非常入味蒜香味芬香撲鼻,仲要份量好多滑溜既蛋白加鮮味無窮既蟹肉再配以蛋黃,正呀夠哂鑊氣既四季豆,師傅將佢地炒得好乾身這個甜同酸味比例岩岩好,唔會太甜或酸食完主菜緊係要食下糖水滋潤下
