To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

終於有機會同靚女牙齒食午飯，原本想去Petit Café，可是人多得離譜，反而走過來Dolce 88，大把空位。點了幾款大家分吃，咸的有芝士火腿包，即製的，包身軟熟又夠熱，半溶芝士香得很，配以鮮甜蕃茄，真不錯。來到這裡，當然又不能錯過牛角酥，翻熱後，牛油香四溢，酥皮層層交錯，層次豐富，酥脆好吃。沒有忘記吃甜，Lemon Meringue Tart面頭有白朱古力片作點綴，賣相精緻，撻皮鬆脆，富牛油香，檸檬味天然，感覺清新，喜愛酸甜的我，滿意了。喝埋杯靚Latte，雖然只是短短的午餐時間，感覺卻很圓滿。
