To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 今天致電國金軒為母親節(5月13日)留座.原想定中午12時, 接線小姐說母親節當天午市分兩輪 :11時至1時及1時至3時.我覺得很好笑,還以為一間連開瓶費也要收300元的中菜廳,應有很高的飲食修養和堅持,現在竟要人客在兩小時內吃完一頓Sunday lunch, 看來他們應檢討一下餐廳在中環的定位- 究竟是新貴還是扮名門隨即致電文華廳留座, 人家只提醒dress code而已,頓時覺得其真正大家閨秀之風範
