To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

很少來到長沙灣,因為真的沒什麼好行,連商場也很少...特意來這裡是比面坤記這家老麵家,特地來吃它的蝦子麵的~原諒我冇影手拍青瓜同白雲鳳爪,因為真的好求其,隨隨便便的放在碟上就算,當然份量也少,味道?手拍青瓜同白雲鳳爪是一樣的,都是酸酸甜甜,但有些硬,老實說我自己家裡整都比它好吃主菜則是蝦子麵+滷肉+蟹肉雲吞,滷肉很肥美,我最鐘意就是佢夠肥,蟹肉雲吞沒啥特別,咬開倒是見到有些蟹肉,口感也對勁,吃下去卻沒有蟹味,可能放了很久吧?蝦子麵很多,GF吃不完給了我1/3...= ="而且很乾, 下了一些他們給的湯,是比較濕,但個湯好明顯超多味精,唔掂

滷肉很肥美,
我最鐘意就是佢夠肥,

蟹肉雲吞沒啥特別,
咬開倒是見到有些蟹肉,
口感也對勁,
吃下去卻沒有蟹味,
可能放了很久吧?

而且很乾,

是比較濕,

Other Info. : 店內4處風都好大, 天氣熱開行冷氣無可厚非, 但真係度度都被佢被到頭甩, 我見有幾個婆婆都要走圍調位去避強風位, 就證明佢就幾大風, 你做野熱, 但有冇唸過班客? 有冇必要開到咁大風呢?
