依家都仲未有機會出國去吓旅行,就只好玩吓啲本地遊解吓悶,早前就喺抽到旅發局搞嘅「賞你遊」,呢日就喺跟個本地團遊吓港九,而最吸引喺午餐安排晌酒店食個半自助午餐,比起食啲一圍圍嘅團餐安心少少。而用餐地點就喺「海景嘉福酒店」嘅「海景咖啡廊」(Cafe on M),無諗過佢哋會做團客,聽導遊講,都喺疫情關係作出嘅嚐試,而小弟好多年前就曾經嚟食過下午茶,印象喺唔錯嘅,話晒都喺5星酒店嘛。咪睇啲環境相好似好爆場,話晒淨喺我哋嘅團都成60幾人啦,不過,旅行團安排得幾好,同行嘅團友嘅會坐埋一枱,唔理你一個人報,定兩個、四個報,總之就唔會跟陌生人搭枱,而且,編好晒枱號,對號入座就得喇。其實,餐廳嘅用餐區分好多個區域,我就覺得近酒店大堂嘅一邊就最好,因為夠晒開揚。如果有得揀,我都想坐出嚟,既人少啲,無咁聚埋一齊,空間感又強啲。我哋就叫免費嚟食一餐,如果一般客人嚟食又點計呢?沙律、凍肉、餐湯、麵包、甜品及飲品全自助,主菜就5揀1,有肉、有魚、亦有素食,均一價$208 + 10%,酒店嚟講都算唔貴喇。到周六、日、公眾假,就做番全自助餐!因為只喺沙律、凍肉、餐湯、麵包、甜品喺自助,加上又喺午餐,所以,唔好期望會

咪睇啲環境相好似好爆場,話晒淨喺我哋嘅團都成60幾人啦,不過,旅行團安排得幾好,同行嘅團友嘅會坐埋一枱,唔理你一個人報,定兩個、四個報,總之就唔會跟陌生人搭枱

其實,餐廳嘅用餐區分好多個區域,我就覺得近酒店大堂嘅一邊就最好,因為夠晒開揚。如果有得揀,我都想坐出嚟,既人少啲,無咁聚埋一齊,空間感又強啲。

因為只喺沙律、凍肉、餐湯、麵包、甜品喺自助,加上又喺午餐,所以,唔好期望會有太多。席間聽到有啲團友話唔多嘢食,多少喺好主觀,老實講,俾100樣嘢你揀,都食唔到咁多架啦,只喺滿足個貪念而已,小弟就覺得好足夠喇。

沙律、凍肉

先介紹呢部份,半圓形嘅食物枱就放有兩款沙律菜、近10款配料,以及5款醬汁,後面就有啲生果,唔想煩嘅,餐廳提供4款預拌好嘅沙律:薯仔沙律、意粉沙律、藜麥沙律、蘋果乳酪沙律。凍肉部份就有煙三文魚、巴馬火腿、雜錦凍肉拼盤,所以,樣樣都執啲,可以砌出份極豐富嘅頭盤。

呢一道就喺小弟嘅大滿貫頭盤,應該樣樣都有啲,拌沙律菜就揀啲黑醋搭柚子沙律汁,夠酸活清新,又灑咗好多煙肉碎同芝士粉,夾埋啲煙三文,當然鹹香好食啦。而其他食材,都一樣唔錯,好似啲巴馬火腿呀、蘋果乳酪沙律呀,都好好味,加埋啲藜麥沙律,有營兼

餐湯方面,就只有一款:意大利雜菜湯,麵包就有兩款,都喺比較歐陸式嘅,而晌另一邊甜品枱附近,就有多款甜嘅丹麥酥,所以,又夾咗啲一齊跟雜菜湯享用。

當然,你睇見呢個餐湯配麵包嘅組合,唔喺得我一個人食,而喺同老婆共享。佢就大讚個餐湯好飲,得確用料豐富,湯味酸香鮮活,掂喎;而歐陸式麵包夠咬口,富麥香,丹麥酥亦好酥脆,甚富牛油香,伴湯一樣唔錯。

老婆一眼就相中海鱸,因為佢喺偏食紅肉者,魚類或海鮮就啱晒佢。碟煎海鱸賣相簡單,但勝在做得有水準,外皮勁香脆,魚肉卻嫩滑細緻,甚有魚味,配上呢個香滑嘅蒜蓉檸檬牛油汁,更能提升魚嘅鮮甜味,老婆食完真喺讚不絕口。每道主菜都伴有扒蕃茄、法邊豆、薯蓉,其實,淨食道主菜都好夠飽。

難得有羊扒菜式,就梗喺揀佢啦,由於喺「團餐」關係,一下子要出大量主菜,所以,侍應送上菜式時都講明一致先做到五乘熟,有需要先再幫忙「加煎」。五乘熟就啱晒我啦,一客有兩大件羊扒,份量非常之夠,落刀已感受到啲肉質有幾軟腍,煎得啱啱好,外層有微微焦脆,裡面色澤保持嫩紅,卻唔會滲出半滴血水,而羶味唔太重,沾上青蔥迷迭香汁,食味一流。

甜品嘅選項唔太多,可以一次過講晒出嚟:泡芙、美式芝士蛋糕、桂花糕、迷你杯子蛋糕、紅棗桂圓糖水、麵包布甸、豆腐花,款式唔算有特色,叫做樣樣都有啲。然而,亮點就晌轉角另一邊,因為餐廳有供應「哈根大師」雪糕,放得滿滿嘅一冰櫃內。

如所有自助餐,餐飲都喺自助,就放晒晌入門口位,不過,就無咩選擇,咖啡、紅茶、檸茶、檸水,喺咁多。有杯咖啡俾我,伴吓甜品,我都OK架啦。

雖然話甜品唔喺咁多款式,亦喺比較大路嘢,但試得幾多得幾多,先嚟第一碟喺5款小蛋糕。當然最鍾意喺朱古力芝士蛋糕同桂花糕,因為前者晌濃郁嘅朱古力味之下滲出芝士嘅鹹香味,有啲層次,而後者則帶有好清香嘅桂花味,質感夠挺唔會太削,入口清涼。

最後一擊,就梗喺進擊「哈根大師」雪糕啦,揀咗兩款口味:蜜糖香桃及抹茶,兩者都好正,尤其前者,甚具桃香,質感柔滑,再伴一伴少少麵包布甸,夾埋啲雪糕一齊食,確喺令今餐完美作結

今餐基本上都差唔多試勻所有嘢,其實,我自己就比較鍾意食半自助餐多過全自助餐,因為,始終都食唔得晒所有嘢,半自助嘅話就比較啱啱好,相對價錢又會平好多。
