今日去了青衣 The Story Cafe 食聖誕大餐,188蚊羊架套餐。睇已經好靚好想食。美國傳統火雞沙律配紅莓汁~火雞肉是先烤過鎖住水份,再放入焗爐焗熟。而沙律菜配了紅莓汁帶少少酸甜味。烤甘筍茴香湯~湯是把甘筍打碎,格渣後再煮成湯,所以甘筍味濃郁又滑,再加少少茴香碎把味道帶出來。慢煮紐西蘭羊配芥末子汁~羊架是經過慢煮,再把表面燒烤到香口,所以食時,外脆內嫩,仲有肉汁。醬汁是燒烤汁加了芥末子,非常野味。聖誕甜品~是紅色的jelly 加了一些綠色聖誕樹形糖果裝飾。咖啡香濃一杯。
