To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

四月廿八，陰天是另一個要開夜車工作的日子，離開公司，已經十一時有多。只想簡簡單單的吃點東西才回家，中上環附近也沒有什麼選擇。來的時候果然是燈光火著，還有東西吃；要了碗豬腸牛膀米線，另加韭菜及筍絲，要辣。在云云這裡的麵碼中，最喜歡的就是豬腸了。吃起來夠稔身又不失咬口，內裡還有肥油的，吃起來甘腴美味，必吃；牛膀也夠粉夠稔，味道也好，亦有水準；筍絲稔身，但吃起來清甜，個人而言很喜歡；喝著凍奶茶，原來這裡已由另一位主理人接手。埋單32蚊，祝主理人的業務越做越旺。
