To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

每每放假都想睡到自然醒，所以只能吃到Brunch ，看到中午時段人不附多，就去試試看。 享受一下在鬧市中的一點寧靜。點了一個Trafalgar Omelette $$105份量很大，吃完就不用再吃晚餐了。而且omelette 內餡超豐富，有火腿、青椒、洋蔥等，配上烤吐司+薯餅，再附上飲料。以這個價格吃一個早午餐，不太貴，味道也不錯。不過一開始店員忘了幫我們下單，點餐後等了30分鐘都還沒來餐，一問之下才知道😅另外店員都是講英文的，不過菜單有中文，所以不用擔心。
