今日行開佐敦果頭見到有條街勁多韓國野食,但偏偏又唔想食韓國野,點知比我搵到呢間食日式拉麵嘅!就去試試啦⋯⋯小店形式,感覺都幾舒服!睇睇餐牌先!我呢碗係四國香蔥油湯底嘅豐臣將軍拉麵我加咗溏心蛋!佢有教學係先飲一啖湯先然後再加佢地特製魚油第一啖湯係好濃郁蔥香味!溏心蛋做得唔錯跟住加佢地嘅魚油,感覺好飲升華咗湯嘅濃郁度而佢地嘅叉燒都幾「林」而且燒到有d油香出黎!加埋個湯底一齊食就perfect 朋友叫嘅係沾麵,柚子魚介wasabi 湯底!佢個湯底比我嘅拉麵湯底更加濃味!同樣加咗蛋!整體黎講麵算唔錯,只係個湯底太快凍!感覺店主可以參加下用石鍋為湯底保溫,咁樣就會令呢個沾麵更上一層樓!
