To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 今晚難得一班同事有空,我們相約一起在深水埗青山道17號地舖的一間名叫金豪酒家(深水埗)的餐廳用餐。這家餐廳雖然不是大酒樓,但卻有小店的風味,最吸引人的便是其新鮮滾熱的餸菜。我們的座位舒適且乾淨,環境整潔。餐廳內顧客絡繹不絕,可見其受歡迎程度。服務態度非常好,店員們面帶笑容,熱情地招呼我們入座,讓我們感到賓至如歸。我們點了多道美味的餸菜,包括椒鹽豆腐、龍躉兩味、黑草羊腩煲加時菜一碟、砂煲芥蘭啫爽肉、事頭婆炒麵、豉油皇中蝦和芥辣牛柳粒。每一道菜式都讓我們大飽口福,椒鹽豆腐外酥內嫩,龍躉兩味鮮美可口,黑草羊腩煲濃郁香醇,砂煲芥蘭啫爽肉爽口彈牙,事頭婆炒麵香氣撲鼻,豉油皇中蝦鮮嫩多汁,芥辣牛柳粒嫩滑入味。這頓飯局不僅讓我們十分享受、飽足,而且同事們的交談也使我們感到十分放鬆,忘卻了日間工作的煩惱。這樣的一頓晚餐,真是令人難忘。
