To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

豬肚肉骨茶   4/5分   45元無限添飲的肉骨茶,豬肚都算多,軟身易咬,肉骨茶都好夠濃,所以我覺得喝2碗是上限,會口渴~檳城白咖哩滲滲   4.2/5分   55元意外有驚喜的白咖哩,混有少量喇沙味,辣辣地好吸引~滲滲分開煮完放在碗的左右方,需要自己混合,如果預先混好就更佳~咖央多士   4/5分   28元又一樣馬拉最受歡迎的小食,烘得剛剛好,一咬就爆出黎,咖央醬固然是不可或缺的味道香炸鹵肉卷   5/5分    48元極有特色的小食,香脆可口,雖然有點兒過火,但內里爆滿的芋頭和肉醬配合得完美無瑕拉茶   5/5分     20元富有薑味的正宗馬來西亞拉茶,必須熱飲才能喝到其精華星期六下午2點都要等位,可見此店實在厲害,點餐後好快就會上齊菜(但菜不會冰冷),週轉率奇高,賺錢賺到笑~香港最正宗的馬來西亞黃店,當之無愧!不過要等太耐我就不會去啦~環境有檳城的壁畫和單車,令人想去馬來西亞的感覺呢~
